Alejandra Rojas

Today's 8th Grade Student Spotlight is on Alejandra Rojas!

Alejandra will be attending Riverdale Kimbridge Academy next year, and she is interested in becoming a veterinarian in the future. Her favorite subject is Science, and she loves to color, write, work out and stay healthy, learn about animals, listen to music, and bake.

While at GSS, she participated in the Theater Program, Basketball Club, and Dodgeball Club. “One of my favorite memories has to be in 5th grade when I was in the play 'Annie.' I had an incredible few months with all of my friends as well as my theater teacher.”

“My time at GSS has taught me that God is everywhere. Even if we can't see him he's always with us. If we're going through a hard time just pray, talk to God.”

Alejandra has been a student at GSS since PreK, and she had this to say about her principals, teachers, and supporters: “All of my teachers, supporters, and principals have been like a family to me I'll never forget. You've encouraged me to keep on going until I reach my goal no matter what, and someday I'll grow up to be an amazing person, and it's all because of you.”
